The power of language I receive from the six (6) steps exercise a vision and what it sound like, challenging yourself to go beyond where you have not been before(uncomfortable) who is there? you are there? you your future, you are practicing yourself to push through any obstacles that enters into your life, mind-body-fit-how do you feel? Strange!! because I never been here before, just keep reminding yourself why you are here? and who you want to become?.

Visualize what you want? bring ideas into focus, strategize is putting a plan into actions, verbalize speak the words into existence, actualize put action behind what you want? integration is putting all the process together.
